Fully rebuilt four years ago including new soundboard sitka spruce, renewed action with genuine Steinway & Sons parts including new backchecks, all new key felts, keyframe felts, hammers & shanks, repetitions, regulated - including weighoff, down weight 51gr. at the lower base, 48gr. at upper register. Consistent and even up weight of 20gr.
Piano was rebuilt for professional musicians and has been used exclusively by the Trail Mix Concert Series & Festival, to great reviews.
